Rules and Regulations

Smoking, consumption of alcohol, playing loud music, nuisance, or roaming unnecessarily within the society or PG premises is strictly prohibited.

[ ANY VIOLATION WILL ATTRACT IMMEDIATE PENALTY AND DISCIPLINARY ACTION ]

Friends, relatives, or outsiders are strictly not permitted to stay overnight under any circumstances.

[ IF FOUND, A PENALTY OF ₹1,000 PER NIGHT PER PERSON SHALL BE IMPOSED WITHOUT EXCEPTION ]

Monthly rent must be paid strictly between the 1st and 5th day of every calendar month.

[ FAILURE TO COMPLY MAY RESULT IN PENALTY OR TERMINATION OF STAY ]

Residents are solely responsible for the safety of their personal belongings.

[ MANAGEMENT SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, THEFT, OR MISSING ITEMS ]

Group notice for vacating rooms shall not be accepted.

[ ONLY WRITTEN NOTICE FROM EACH PAYING GUEST INDIVIDUALLY WILL BE CONSIDERED VALID ]

Quarreling, fighting, harassment, or creating disturbance with roommates or other residents is strictly prohibited.

[ IF SUCH MISCONDUCT IS REPORTED OR PROVEN, BOTH/ALL INVOLVED PAYING GUESTS SHALL BE REQUIRED TO VACATE THE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT ANY REFUND OF RENT OR SECURITY DEPOSIT ]

One (1) month prior notice is compulsory from both the paying guest and management for vacating the premises.

[ FAILURE TO SERVE NOTICE WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF APPLICABLE DUES ]

Violation of any of the above rules shall result in penalties, cancellation of stay, and/or immediate eviction without REFUND.

Entering or using a room belonging to another occupant without our explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

Management shall bear no liability whatsoever for any damage, loss, or deterioration of amenities caused directly or indirectly by rough use, misuse, negligence, or intentional acts of any paying guest. The concerned paying guest shall be solely liable for all repair, replacement, and associated costs, as determined by management.
